What this website processes

Why we use information

We use enquiries to answer your questions, prepare a specification or quote, and take steps you request before a contract. Where applicable, the legal basis is steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business and partnership enquiries. Security and service administration rely on legitimate interests; records needed to meet legal obligations are retained on that basis. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who receives information

Authorised RippleXn team members and service providers supporting hosting, security and business email may process information for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Linked websites and your email provider apply their own notices. Providers may process information in countries outside your location; applicable safeguards are required where data-protection law requires them.

Retention

Interactive results are kept only until the page reloads or you clear them. We retain enquiry correspondence while handling your request and for a proportionate period afterwards where needed for ongoing discussions, agreements, record-keeping or legal claims. You can request deletion; we will explain any information we must retain and why. Hosting log retention is controlled by the hosting service. The local cookie-notice preference expires after 180 days.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above; we may need to verify your identity. You can complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission or the UK Information Commissioner. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by this website.

Children and sensitive information

Do not send health information, identification documents or identifiable children’s footage through an enquiry. Any athlete media, coaching service or physical kit involving children needs its own agreed permissions and arrangements.
