RACEXN / LICENSING AND WEBSITE TERMS · UPDATED 7 NOVEMBER 2026

GREAT EXPERIENCES.
CLEAR RIGHTS.

Using the website

You may access the RaceXn website and use its browser-based activities for personal evaluation. Keep copyright and attribution notices with any downloaded product brief. Do not redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially deploy the website, software, images or training content without written permission. This permission does not grant rights to our trade names, third-party materials, manufacturing designs or patents.

Simulator kits and commercial licences

Clubs, coaches, venues, broadcasters, creators and technology suppliers can request terms for their intended use. A written agreement will define the relevant products, supported hardware, number of stations or users, locations, duration, content permissions, support, payment and delivery. No commercial licence or exclusive territory is granted by browsing this website or sending an enquiry.

Athlete and creator content

Featuring an athlete’s name, likeness, voice, footage or recorded technique requires appropriate permissions. Supplying material for discussion does not automatically give RaceXn permission to publish it. Any content agreement should specify capture, editing, haptic adaptation, distribution, compensation and the permitted period and territories. The website’s sample timing sequences do not imply an athlete endorsement.

Supplier and integration rights

Component supply, firmware, software development kits, content-authoring tools and middleware may each have separate licence terms. A supplier discussion does not establish an integration, supply commitment or endorsement. Hardware functions and interoperability must be agreed in the kit specification.

Orders, pricing and delivery

The enquiry flow prepares an email. It does not take payment, reserve stock or accept an order. Prices, taxes, delivery, cancellation arrangements, applicable product rights and the contracting party are confirmed in writing before purchase. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.

What the interactive experience shows

Product renders explain intended kit configurations. Browser animations and recognition scores are visual demonstrations, not calibrated haptic measurements or proof of sporting improvement. Glove selections label a session and do not model physical transmission. The Grip Kit and Pedal Kit are separate products. A vibration cue does not reproduce brake-lever force or pedal resistance.

Responsible use

Use the browser activities while stationary. They are not instructions to brake, steer or jump while riding. Physical kits must be used according to their supplied instructions and the activity’s appropriate supervision.
